Robyn Coetzee – Glass Designs is just me, a glass artist living in Bristol and working from my home studio.

I would like to assure you that I take your data privacy seriously and I will not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with any other person or business. If you would like to find out further details about my privacy policy, please read on….

Type of data

• Personal orders

In order to arrange commissions or make sales I may collect some or all of the following data-

Your name and contact details: postal address, billing address, telephone numbers and email addresses. These are only used when necessary and after the communication between you and myself is over I would delete such information.

Purchases and orders made by you are recorded. 

• Wholesale orders

In order to arrange wholesale orders I may collect some or all of the following data-

Your name, gallery/shop name and contact details: postal address, billing address, telephone numbers and email addresses. These are only used when necessary and after the communication between you and myself is over I would delete such information. I will use your email address to get in touch with you three times within the year to remind you of my making timetable.

• Google Analytics

When someone visits my website www.robyncoetzee.co.uk I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. To be honest it’s not a page I visit very often, but when I do I find out things such as the number of visitors to different parts of my sites.  Please be assured though that this information does not identify anyone and I do not make, or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website.

Access to your personal information

• Personal orders

Any data I collect when you contact me with an enquiry or place an order is stored safely within my laptop which is password protected.  Any data I collect could be held for a maximum of 6 months unless you tell me you would like your data to be retained for longer or removed from my system.

I will not do anything with your data without your consent. You are entitled to view, amend or delete any of the personal information I hold. Email your request to robyncoetzee@yahoo.co.uk

• Wholesale orders

Any data I collect when you contact me to start up or place an order is stored safely within my laptop which is password protected.  Any data I collect could be held for a maximum of one year unless you tell me you would like your data to be retained for longer or removed from my system. I will get in touch with you up to three times within the year to remind you of my making timetable availability. I will remove you from my list if I do not hear back from you within this two year period.
